While in Bagan, we wanted to visit a local market. It’s on top of our places to visit in any city. I think a market is giving you a real feel of the local atmosphere and vibe. Not to mention the colors and the people you see in any market. This lady was smoking her cigar while trying to sell some vegetables.
Myanmar is the most unspoiled country we visited so far.
Inle Lake is a fascinating place, in perfect contrast with the very hot and dusty rest of the country. After Bagan, it was the highlight of our 10 days trip to Myanmar.
These are the famous leg rower fishermen working from their boats. It’s amazing how they can keep their balance standing on just one leg, rowing and throwing the nets in the same time.
